Service Description
Strong Women: Core & Strength Series is a 6-week rehabilitation-based training program designed to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and movement quality in a gym setting. This course focuses on relearning foundational movement patterns, reconnecting with your breath, and improving core and pelvic stability while progressively building strength and endurance. You’ll receive guided instruction in weightlifting to refine technique and safely apply strength principles to both workouts and everyday lifting. Classes are led by a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to ensure individualized attention, appropriate modifications, and a safe return to strength training. Prerequisite: At least 12 weeks postpartum Dates: Tuesdays, April 21 – May 26 Schedule: Tuesdays, 7:00–8:00 PM (6 total sessions) Location: Turnagain CrossFit Alaska
