Service Description

Do you have a plan to get back into pre-baby shape? Or is it one of the MANY things on your TO-DO list?? I created this 12- week progressive postpartum series to help do this FOR YOU! ✨ Moms who do the foundation work along with the integration and progression of strength and dynamic movements are seeing the BEST results!    This educational fitness & strength class is designed to teach mamas how to effectively restore their core, improve posture, and move safely and confidently after having a baby-- building a strong CORE and PELVIC FLOOR and then applying new strategies to the workouts that you want to return to feeling STRONG, LEAK-FREE and without PAIN. This is a 12-week progressive series with small, intimate class size and Pelvic Physical Therapist instructor to ensure safety and individual attention. ✨Only 14 spots available!✨ Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by their OB provider before starting. This class is for moms-- giving them a chance to work on themselves without interruption. Dates: Sept 3rd- Nov 19th Takes place every Tuesday, total of 12 sessions. Tue 7-815pm ****Can use your HSA/FSA cards to pay for class**** **Payment plans available**
