Service Description
This course includes 6 weeks of rehabilitation focused training, to relearn movement patterns, focus on reconnecting with your breath, and stabilization while building strength, endurance and confidence in a gym setting. This program introduces weightlifting instruction to help you refine your lifting technique and application to every day "lifting." This class series is led by a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to ensure safety and individual attention & modifications. Prerequisite: at least 12 weeks postpartum. Dates: Weds, April 23rd- Weds, May 28th Takes place every Weds, total of 6 sessions @ Turnagain CrossFit Alaska Weds 7:00-8:00pm
