Service Description

This course includes 6 weeks of rehabilitation focused training, to relearn movement patterns, focus on reconnecting with your breath, and stabilization while building strength, endurance and confidence in a gym setting. This program introduces weightlifting instruction to help you refine your lifting technique and application to every day "lifting." This class series is led by Pelvic Health Physical Therapist instructors to ensure safety and individual attention & modifications. Recommend either a Pelvic Physical Therapy 1:1 Evaluation or completing Postpartum Core & Functional Fitness Class (Jan-Feb 2023) to ensure your ability to apply core & pelvic floor foundation principles & strategies. Prerequisite: at least 12 weeks postpartum. Dates: March 7th - April 11th, 2023 Takes place every Tuesday, total of 6 sessions @ Turnagain CrossFit Tue 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm
