Service Description

This educational and functional fitness & Pilates class is designed to teach women how to effectively restore their core, improve posture, and move safely and confidently after having a baby. This is an 8-week progressive series with small class size and two Physical Therapist instructors to ensure safety and individual attention. Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by their OB provider before starting. This class is for moms-- giving them a chance to work on themselves without interruption. Dates: April 4th - May 23rd, 2023 Takes place every Tuesday, total of 8 sessions Tue 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm
